I had the worst experience at pizza hut on wednesday. I came back from f&n remedial and i was exhausted. Upon reaching home, my family went out to ikea in tampiness. The place is enormous! I had so much fun. I bought 2 red boxes that looks really cute. Buying things slowly to change my room. So..... after shopping so much, we went back home to bishan. Before heading home, we headed to pizza hut for dinner. Wanted to try the new outlet, see whether they were good but my hopes were killed after the whole thing. We were sitted nicely at this really nice spot. I could see the kitchen from where i was and everyone was nice. One of the girls took our order and went off. I ordered the chicken royale baked rice. It looked nice in the menu. Anyway, after 15minutes, my mom's and aunty's dish arrived and they began to eat. They could not wait for the rest of us cos their food would get cold. Yusoff's dish came and so did the pizza. While waiting for my dish, I ate the pizza first as it was so nice and it was calling out my name. Next, my brother's dish came and I was the last one. I was hungry and having a bad day, and the last thing i ever needed was someone making me pissed. (Girls would understand what i was going thru'.) I waited for 30 minutes and everyone in my family had finished their dishes and mine was not even close. I was pissed by then! Service is so slow. Not only that was horrible. The way the workers acted was horrible too. The whole outlet was infested with malay people. Not trying to be racist but you can neve find so many malay people working at an outlet before. They were talking loudly about nonsence. (they were minahs of course) Their eyes would roll whenever they looked at my direction course i was giving them the "ur so stupid" look. I was pissed! Service bad and worker bad!

It has been about 30 to 45 minutes and my dish is still not there. By this time, my stomach was rumbling and i could actually eat an elephant! My mom asked one of the gals to check whether my dish was done. Guess what she said.

"I'm so sorry but can you wait for 15 more minutes please?"

OMG! Can you believe it. They made me wait for so long and now another 15 minutes. As pissed as I was, i told to cancel by dish as i did not want it anymore, and told her to be the add-on dish that they forgot and the ice-cream that my brother ordered. They are so slow. The manager came over and offered me garlic bread on the house but i was so pissed that i declined! The 2 other dishes came and when we were about to leave. My dish arrived even through we cancelled it. AAAARRRGGGHHHH! How can I not be pissed at this people! I told them to pack my dish. They gave us a further 10% discount and the garlic bread and my dish was on the house! That would not make me feel any better. I was still hungry and still pissed! I went to pizza hut to get rid of my hunger but i left with the hunger that i went in!
